2. Quotes
Quotes provided through this website or by our team are for the scope described in the quote. Variations to scope (additional trees, larger volume, council application complications) may attract additional charges, which will be agreed before work commences.
3. Booking and cancellation
Booking is confirmed when both parties have agreed in writing on the scope, price, and date. Cancellations made within {{cancellation_window}} of the scheduled work date may incur a callout fee.
4. Council approvals
Where a tree is regulated or significant under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 (SA), council development approval is required before tree-damaging activity. Where we agree to assist with the application, we prepare and submit an arborist justification; the homeowner remains the applicant. We do not commence work until approval is in hand or a clear exemption is established.
5. Insurance and liability
We hold $20M public liability insurance and active WorkCover SA registration. Certificates of currency are available on request. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the cost of the work performed under the relevant quote.
6. Payment
Invoices are due within {{payment_terms_days}} days of issue. Late payments may attract interest at the rate prescribed in the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 2013 (SA).
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images and the Tree Fox brand mark, is the property of Tree Fox or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright and trade mark law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
