What we need to quote properly

Three things make a quote accurate. The more you can give us, the closer the written quote is to the final invoice:

• A photo of the tree. Wide shot showing the trunk, full canopy, and what’s around it (house, fence, powerline, neighbour’s roof). Phone snap is fine.
• The suburb. Drive time changes the cost a little; more importantly, it tells us which council’s regulated-tree rules apply.
• What you want done. Removal? Lopping? Stump only? Not sure? Pick “Not sure” if that’s honest — we’ll tell you what the tree actually needs.

What happens after you submit

1. We read it the same day (business hours) or first thing the next morning.
2. We send a written quote to your phone or email — itemised, GST-inclusive, with a clear scope.
3. If we need to see the tree in person, we’ll book a quick site visit (usually 15 minutes, free).
4. You decide. No pressure, no follow-up sales calls.

If the quote works, we book the job. If it doesn’t, no hard feelings — we’d rather lose a quote than do a job at the wrong price.
